Duties & Responsibilities:

➡ Planning & executing employers branding strategies
➡ Planning, executing and monitoring the company's social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, SFBL website and other blogging websites.
➡ Creating innovative ways to attract prospective employees to the company and distinguishing new recruitment opportunities.
➡ Conducting the overall recruitment procedures of SFBL including all the departments & functions
➡ Tracking and identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels and through Talent Mapping.
➡Managing the overall Training & Development functions through conducting Training Need Analysis, preparing training modules, maintaining & updating the training database of the organization and coordinating in-house and external training programs
➡Assisting in the Manpower Planning and HR policy Development and implementation process
➡Assisting in the Performance management procedure and the yearly promotion process
➡ Conducting the induction process of new employees 
➡ Coordinating the employee Engagement activities

Pre-requisites to apply:

🔹BBA /MBA from a reputed Public/Private university (any discipline)
🔹Candidates having 1-2 years of involvement in employers branding/ digital marketing/ e- recruiting/ e-marketing or social media promotion is preferable.
🔹Must possess excellent Creative, analytical & communication skill.
🔹An ideal candidate must be a hard worker, self-motivated and a very good team player
🔹Age within 30 years
