Job Description:
• Making research for acquiring client data
• Creation of client database.
• Maintaining of follow-up list.
• Calling clients to acquire business
• Meet revenue targets set-up by the management
• Training and maintaining marketing team
• Maintain inbound/outbound communication with client for acquiring business
Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduation / MBA
• 3 years relevant experience in graphic design outsourcing industry
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
• Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems
• Tele-marketing skills are an added advantage.
• Need to manage own team & provide necessary directions.
• Good verbal and written communication 
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage workflow
• Ability to work well in a team environment
