Job Responsibilities
- Plan short term and long term marketing and promotional activities for different brands
- Plan engaging marketing campaigns for brands including media planning and budgeting
- Maintain client relations and prepare campaign proposals and presentations
- Manage execution of approved campaigns
- Prepare regular reports of campaign performance
- Graduate in marketing, advertising or any other related disciplines from any reputed institution
- At least one year of experience in working in an advertising agency or digital marketing agency
- A creative mindset and good sense of humor
- Extremely fluent in Bangla and English (both speaking and writing)
- Expert in planning, making proposals and presentation pitches
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good to have, but not mandatory
- Skill/experience in creative visualization
- Appreciation for arts, designs, trending pop culture
- Good taste in movies, books and music
