Job Description / Responsibility 

• Experienced in Voice both Bangla and English
• Describe products and services
• Setting up Appointments and/or call Transfer.
• Provide one-stop quality Customer Service over phone to ensure positive customer experience
• Answer to customer`s inquiries using the standard guidelines properly
• Capture customer insights and escalate critical issues / complaints and provide timely feedback.
• Strong interpersonal communication skill
• To be very friendly, polite and tactful in nature. 
• Candidate should be self-motivated and dynamic.
• Respond to questions
• Agents must disposition calls correctly and handle each call/customer correctly
• Answering inbound calls
• Fulltime – Morning and Evening Shift (6 days a week)

Job Nature -Full-time 

Educational Requirements 

• BBA/ BBS/ BA/ BSC/ A Level /Diploma/ Graduation in any field of Study can apply.
• Experienced and Fresher's are encouraged to apply
Additional Job Requirements 
• Only females can apply
• Age 18 to 31 year(s)
• Should have excellent Listening & Speaking Skills both Bangla and English 
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Dedicated and Patient Listener
• Ability to Handle Pressure
• Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to do multi-task
• Ability to relate with a diverse group of people
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present analysis findings and recommendations for marketing strategies

Job Location -Mohakhali, Dhaka
Salary Range -Negotiable
