Job Description / Responsibility :
1.Act as a customer’s trusted point of contact to ensure that their technical queries, problems or issues are dealt appropriately.
2.Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately in the customer database.
3.Provide online support with proper enthusiasm.
4.Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
5.Respond proactively with standard greetings.
6.Handle and resolve customer complaints.
7.Be Responsible, Loyal, Proactive and result Oriented

Job Nature : Full-time

Educational Requirements:
Graduated (BBA/ Honor’s/ Masters) from reputed university.
Applicants who have English medium background will great priorities
Additional Job Requirements :
Willingness to work at night.
Must have good interpersonal and communication skills both in written & spoken English.
Willing to work as a team
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Must have experience on Microsoft Office applications
