Content and Community Manager

  • The individual is responsible for English and Bangla copy writing as well as
  •  customer support – answering questions however they come in (Facebook Inbox,
  • Facebook Comments, Instagram Comments, Twitter Comments, e-mail, etc). He/She should
  • review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner and respond to
  • comments, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community.


JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Carry out Community Management for multiple Clients in Bangla, English, Banglish.
  • Ensure all Community Management Operations are running smoothly.
  • Prepare and delegate community management tasks.
  • Ensure the community management team is following predefined Community Management Guidelines
  • Assist Brand Managers with Bangla Visual Copy and Captions
  • Create FAQ sheets for every query for each client.
  • Have excellent communication skills; be able to communicate verbally, orally, and visually with diverse customers
  • Possess a positive, flexible attitude
  • Writing clear, persuasive and original Bangla copy.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven English and Bangla Copywriting skills.
  • Ability to write good, clear copy in a variety of styles with accurate spelling and grammar, incorporating logic, creativity and imagination.
  • Accuracy and Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Bijoy & Avro
  • The resilience to accept criticism of work
  • Up-to-date with the popular culture and trends, techniques, and technologies
  •  
WORKING HOURS-10AM to 6PM (8 Hours)
Sunday to Thursday

JOB TYPE -Full Time

SALARY-Negotiable

Increments, Bonuses and Perks will be decided when your permanent position is confirmed after a 3-month probation period.
