•Assist Consultants in research plan design, Data collection instrument (questionnaire) development and data analyses
•Synthesize research findings with the guidance of project supervisor to develop valuable insights/conclusions
•Development of project proposals, research plans, project concept notes based on primary & secondary research
•Development of internal and client ready business analyses models, market insight reports, industry whitepapers
•Engagement with external stakeholders/clients in successfully disseminating recommendations/research output/project pitching material etc.
The position (operating under Associate Consultant/Project Supervisor) offers early exposure to research, analyses & strategy design to tackle problems faced by government stakeholders, development agencies & private corporations operating across diverse domains & industries.
-Requirements:
Expected Educational Background
Preferably a Business or Economics graduate from a reputed university. However people from other disciplines with strong analytical skill are also encouraged to apply.
Junior Associate Consultant is an entry-level position.
Good to Have:
•Basic exposure to data analytics software packages (Example: SPSS).
•Ability to think conceptually and strategically in designing solutions
•Business and commercial acumen
•Excellent MS office skills particularly PowerPoint & Excel
Excellent written and oral communication prowess
